Standard charge 5-10% of Rental Income
Scheduled maintenance
Business Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm
Rate/per minimum 1 hour call:
v Supervisor $40.00/hour
v Journeyman $30.00/hour
Emergency and non-scheduled maintenance
v Rate: $100.00 minimum plus agreed upon hourly rate.
v Saturday and evenings 1.45 x hourly rate
v Sunday and Holidays 1.95 x hourly rate
v *Start time charged portal to portal.
